Order Processing & Dispatch

Purchased items will be processed and handed over to the courier service within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on carrier rates, which depend on the selected courier, item weight and dimensions, destination, and payment method (if "Cash on Delivery" is selected).

Customs & Import Duties

If customs clearance is required, the Buyer is solely responsible for all customs processing and duties at the destination.
Please note: For shipments requiring customs clearance, we recommend purchasing "Promo" or "Full" product sets. In these cases, we ship the goods under an HS code for "metrological measuring instruments," which typically helps minimize customs duties.

Packaging

Orders are shipped in secure packaging designed to ensure the safety of your items during transit. Box sizes are selected individually based on the quantity, dimensions, and weight of the order.

Damaged Shipments & Delivery Inspection

We strongly recommend that buyers inspect their package before signing for delivery. While the courier is liable for damage in transit, signing for the shipment confirms that the goods were received in good, undamaged condition.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the damage, refuse the delivery, or note "Damaged in transit" when signing the paperwork. Please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.
