Purchased items will be produced and dispatched to courier within 7 working days (at latest) after order conformation.

At the moment there are some limits in the worldwide delivery of products. In general, our goal is to organize sales through a distribution network.

The cost of shipment is automatically calculated before purchase accordingly carrier rate tables and depends on chosen courier service, the weight and dimensions of the purchased goods, delivery destination and the method of payment for case the client has chosen “cash on delivery” option.

Due to changes in de minimis regulations in US and Canada, customers from US and Canada are recommended to select the 'DDP Customs Tax included' shipping option at checkout. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the customs clearance of ordered goods at destination.

Orders are dispatching out in the most appropriate sized box depending on the quantity of items, dimensions and weight with wrapping which give protection in transit.

We would advise customers to check the order over before signing for it to ensure there are no signs of damage or anything else that you deem to be unacceptable. During transit the courier is responsible for any damage to the order but when you sign for the order the customer accepts that the product was delivered in an undamaged and acceptable condition.

In the rare and unlikely event that an order is delivered in damaged or unacceptable condition we would advise that you either reject the item, sign for it as “Damaged in transit” and write us within 24 hours.
