Customers of our shop are entitled to a warranty under the conditions set out by applicable law. Catch Your Wind Ltd does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal usage.
All manufacturer defect claims must be made within 20 days from the date of delivery. Please use the contact form for your request and make sure to include your order number.
In cases then product arrived faulty or broken, wrong item received or product did not match the description the Customer can return the item together with proof-of-purchase and a filled copy of claim form to the following address: Catch Your Wind Ltd., Bulgaria, 1729, Sofia, Mladost-1А, bl.535, office 3 within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
The cost of return shipping shall initially be borne by the Customer. If the claim is honored, it will be refunded.
When returning items, we ask Customer try to minimize shipping costs. If the shipping costs are unreasonably high, we reserve the right to refuse refund for them. Please contact us in case of any doubt.
We reserve the right to refuse claims for “cash on delivery” shipments.
The Consumer who concludes a distance agreement can withdraw form sales agreement without giving reasons for a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of concluding the agreement by composing the declaration by himself or using the form of declaration of withdrawal from Agreement.
In the case of withdrawal from a distance Agreement, delivered goods have to be returned in "as new" condition to Seller`s address: Catch Your Wind Ltd., Bulgaria, 1729, Sofia, Mladost-1А, bl.535, office №3. "As new" means in its original condition, unaltered, in unopened merchandise packaging and without any alterations or missing parts. We cannot exchange or return items that have been returned with stained or worn packaging, strong odors such as perfume/cologne, laundry detergent, cigarette smoke, and so on. Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
The Seller within 14 days from receipt of the Consumer’s declaration on withdrawal from the Agreement shall return to the Consumer the payment he has made, excluding delivery costs if the goods were already dispatched. The Seller shall refund the payment with the same method of payment as was used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer agrees to another way of refund, whereas such a refund shall not generate any cost for the Consumer. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.
The Seller may withhold the refund of Consumer`s payment until he receives the returned item in unchanged and in unopened trade package.
Seller shall not be obliged to refund to the Consumer shipment costs for item return and any additional costs he has incurred.
Withdraw form sales agreement is not applicable for “cash on delivery” shipments.
